Cancellation Timelines
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will incur a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
